The Center for Entrepreneurial Education and Business Support (CEDA) is oraganizing the Summer School for young leaders (girls), which will take place at the rest camp “Romanita” from Vadul-lui-Voda, on July 24-31, 2016. This comprehensive and interactive project is designed for young girls aged between 15 and 18.
The Summer School is organized within the project “Re-Engeneering Vocational Orientation and Career Counceling for Moldovan labour force competitiveness” (REVOCC), implemented by CEDA, in the partnership with the Ministry of Education, the National Agency for Employment, and the financial support provided by the Austrian Development Agency (ADA).
There will be training sessions, workshops and debates on the following fields during the Summer School:
- personal development and career designing
- leadership and self-confidence
- employment and personal marketing
- entrepreneurship as a career option
- career development plan
- discussion club and initiative stimulation
- team building and team development
- improvement of English skills
Working language of the Summer School is Romanian.
All travel expenses, meals and accommodation will be provided by the organizers.
