Center for Entrepreneurial Education and Business Support (CEDA) – is a non-governmental organization (NGO) registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Moldova as a public association. What distinguishes CEDA from commercial enterprises is that it does not primarily aim to generate profit.
It is an association that supports reforms in education, promotes entrepreneurship, and income-generating activities as a foundation for quality vocational training and career education, with the goal of developing and enhancing professional skills, individual initiative, and entrepreneurial spirit.

CEDA Partners
CEDA collaborates with various national institutions and organizations to support educational reforms and promote the development of professional skills. Our partnerships are essential for the implementation of vocational training programs, career education, and entrepreneurship, thus contributing to the sustainable development of youth and their integration into the labor market.
Ministry of Education and Research of the Republic of Moldova
CEDA works closely with the Ministry of Education and Research of the Republic of Moldova to support educational reforms and promote the development of professional skills. Together, we implement programs and initiatives aimed at improving the quality of education and encouraging entrepreneurship among young people.
National Employment Agency
Our partnership with ANOFM is essential for promoting employment and developing the necessary skills for integration into the labor market. By collaborating with ANOFM, CEDA facilitates young people's access to professional training programs and supports income-generating initiatives.
Helvetas
Helvetas is a reliable partner that supports CEDA in promoting entrepreneurial education and vocational training. Through this collaboration, we run projects that aim to improve the skills of young people and adults to increase employment opportunities and career success.
International Labour Organization
In partnership with the ILO, CEDA contributes to the creation of favorable working environments and the development of entrepreneurship in the Republic of Moldova. The ILO provides international labor expertise, helping to create career opportunities for young professionals.
Norwegian Refugee Council
CEDA collaborates with the Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) to support the social and economic inclusion of refugees and internally displaced persons in the Republic of Moldova. Together we develop initiatives that provide access to education, vocational training and employment opportunities, thus contributing to the sustainable integration of beneficiaries into local communities. Through this partnership, we promote solidarity, dignity and equal opportunities for all.
CEDA Donors
Our donors provide us with the necessary financial support to implement our educational and vocational training projects. Through their generous contributions, we can develop and offer resources and development opportunities for youth in the Republic of Moldova, thus promoting income-generating initiatives and entrepreneurial spirit.
