Thanks to the actions of the joint efforts carried out by the Center for Entrepreneurial Education and Business Support (CEDA), in partnership with the National Agency for Employment (ANOFM) with financial support from the Austrian Development Agency (ADA) of the Austrian Development Cooperation (ADC) from the 29th to the 30th of October 2020 hold a new round of the programme of ongoing training on the topic of ”Planning / organization of seminar, trainings, and communication with various groups” for the staff of the 18 Territorial Employment Subdivisions (STO) and ANOFM employees.
Today we discuss how to start planning a training activity, the need to study the training needs of beneficiaries and what are the possible questions that we can ask different categories of beneficiaries, in order to be able to build effective training activities according to the specifics of each group.
We wish the participants a lot of success and we thank the trainers Valentina Chicu and Serghei Lîsenco for organizing the training.
Recall that on September 24, 2020 , a set of equipment (laptops with career guidance platform, headphones with microphone, computer cameras) was sent to ANOFM for the qualitative provision of career guidance services to different categories of people. All the staff present at the training were equipped and managed to connect all the necessary equipment to actively participate in today’s seminar and develop new skills in designing and organizing a training. We thank them for their effort and hope that we will also have results to match.
