CEDA anunță concurs de selectare a unei companii de audit în vederea efectuării auditului financiar al proiectului CREATIVO II
The Center for Entrepreneurial Education and Business Support (CEDA) announces a call for proposals for the procurement of audit services for the project “Creating Value for Others: VET Institutions Develop Relevant Professional Competencies” (CREATIVO II), for the period from July 1, 2024, to June 30, 2025.
The selected company will provide the services in accordance with the Terms of Reference outlined below.
The Terms of Reference can be downloaded here. The selected company will carry out the audit of the CREATIVO II project and submit the Audit Report and the Informative Note by August 15, 2025.
The application for participation in the competition must include a brief presentation with the following information:
- Company contact details (name, phone number, email address);
- Company profile, experience in the relevant field, and justification for its selection;
- CVs of the persons who will be directly involved in conducting the audit of the Organization;
- Audit license (copy);
- Financial offer indicating the cost of audit services.
Selection criteria. The proposals will be evaluated by the selection committee based on the following criteria:
- Experience — interested audit firms must have experience in auditing non-governmental organizations in the Republic of Moldova;
- Qualification of the audit team (at least 3 years of experience for the audit manager and at least 2 years for the rest of the team members);
- Total cost of the audit services.
The proposal must be dated and signed by the applicant and sent by email to [email protected] no later than July 21, 2025, at 17:00.
