What is a career? What does the career look like in everyone’s vision? What is career guidance, what is the purpose and output of career guidance? What is the career planning competence, what are the 4 components and how can they be developed? How important is the satisfaction in the chosen profession? ” These are the topics addressed today, November 17, 2020 together with the representatives of the management teams from the VET institutions within the training program: Development of the career guidance system and managerial aspects regarding the teaching of the discipline “Personal development”.
The institutions present at the seminar are: the College Iulia Hasdeu from Cahul, the College Vasile Lupu from Orhei, the Center of Excellence in Medicine and Pharmacy “Raisa Pacalo” from Chisinau, the Center of Excellence in Economics and Finance from Chisinau, the Center of Excellence in Viticulture and Vinification from Stăuceni, the Center of Excellence in Transport from Chisinau, the VET School no.7 from Chisinau, the VET School no.9 from Chisinau.
