In-kind grants for young graduates of vocational schools

Center for Entrepreneurial Education and Business Support (CEDA), within the Moldova Employment and Entrepreneurship Education and “Training Activity” (MEEETA III) project, with financial support of the Liechtenstein Development Service (LED), offers equipment on the grant base, for young graduates of vocational schools, to start a business or expand an existing one.

 

From May to August 2015, upon completion of the training “Developing entrepreneurial skills for starting an own business”, 12 young graduates of VET schools have applied for purchasing the necessary equipment in support of their business. Their business plans and applications were examined at Grant According Committee meetings.

 

The business areas in which young people intend to initiate their start-ups are diverse: making wooden items, hairdresser’s services, services of repairing, quail growing – the selling of meat and eggs, tailor workshop, sheep breeding, rabbit breeding, beekeeping, club of activities for children, agriculture.

 

Were supported six business ideas by providing necessary equipment, totaling 118 025 MDL. The grants will be offered within MEEETA III project, financed by the LED.
