Between September 2019 and May 2020, 15 trainers trained by CEDA trained over 863 teachers and administrators in general and technical vocational secondary education.

The major results of the Conference are as follows:

– The State University of Moldova, the State University of Comrat, the State University of Physical Education and Sports and the State University “Alecu Russo” of Balti have diversified their in-service education offer by introducing the module on “Career Management” in the programs training of teachers and managers, including the discipline “Personal development”, but also as a separate module, at choice.

Thanks to the combined actions carried out by CEDA in partnership with MECR, within the REVOCC II project, a good part of the teaching and administrative staff in general and vocational technical secondary education will have access to in-service training programs in “Career Management”. The teachers involved in the training will develop the competence to plan their own career but also the competence to guide students in their careers, offering them support in the process of informing about the world of professions and the labor market, career decisions, employment, etc.
